"We know this hotel well and have been staying there for a few times a year as our daughter lives in Folkestone."

"We were impressed straight away with how picturesque the hotel and area was, plus everywhere seemed so peaceful. This was then further enhanced thanks to the fabulous staff. The staff made us feel very welcome and they were really enthusiastic about making our experience a positive one. Ted, in the Moet and Chandon Bar, along with his Manageress, were stand out staff for us. Ted loved to make us cocktails and we certainly enjoyed drinking them! The room was comfortable and very clean, the spa facilities were ideal and the restaurant food was excellent. Definitely a hotel that we would like to return to. "

"Whilst not cheap, we really enjoyed our stay here. Everything we wanted for the stay was available. The room was clean and the staff helpful. There were also separate bars - which was nice"

"A lovely hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a convenient location, just a short walk to the town centre, and only a 15 minute drive to the Le shuttle terminal. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle free. The continental breakfast was simple yet enjoyable , and catered for allergens upon request. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. We would happily return and recommend it to others. "
