"All very good, one small issue with full payment being taken before we arrived on site to check in, this did save time but I thought the payment would be taken during check in. Otherwise a great place to stay and close to amenities at Malton so overall very happy "

"We had a comfortable room. We slept well in the comfy bed, with lovely white cotton sheets. Thd bathroom looked like if had been recently furnished. There was a bath with overhead shower, which worked well. The tiwrld were nice white bath sheds, and a smaller one for hair drying. We had tea snd coffee making facilities Hairdryer provided. And a TV on the wall. The staff were all efficient and friendly in every area. Nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast twice , and evening meal twice. The food was very good each time. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend time near Whitby. It is conveniently located near a big Sainsbury’s supermarket, and a Lidl. It took us around 25 mins to walk into Whitby. But we took a taxi one time. And drive ourselves too. "

"Very nice stay in this hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. Enjoyed the use of the games room with table tennis, darts and snooker. Breakfast was good if you want a full English breakfast (would have been better with croissants) Great value for money! Would stay again. "
