"This is ideally situated for the Trevi fountain about 140yds away. Supermarket outside and bar/pizzeria below. The apartment itself was spacious but there were wear and tear issues like a hole in the sofa, which is the only place to sit comfortably on an evening. Beds were comfy and there were lots of towels.l, kitchen also well stocked. "

"This is nicely remodeled, mostly new apartment building. I had elevator to third floor with a great view. Very clean and close to so much. You walk mostly because taxi service is 10 minutes away. But did not mind because of all the sites to see and food and shopping. but definitely recommend for a better Rome experience. All major attractions are within 15 to 20 minutes walking."

"My family and I stayed here in March 2024. The staff at the office was great. We asked them to coordinate pickup from the airport and their communication was excellent. Francesca answered every e-mail within a few minutes. The office is a 15 minute walk from the property and she walked us down there and showed us the unit. "It is located in a suburban area. There are good walking trails and good restaurants. The apartment comes with a kitchen, but you have to pay for the use of everything in the kitchen, including the dishes and cutlery . This is not made very clear by Expedia! The communication by the staff is quite vague by what to use and how to use it!"

"Property was behind a very busy and high class restaurant. You will need to walk pass restaurant to see the apartment building. Checking in was easy and fast. There is a 24hour guard on duty for you to access in/out of building so it’s very safe. However, guard does not speak any English when I have a question to ask on check out time and if I could leave luggage somewhere in the building after check out. no other way to speak to anyone else. Fortunately the owner of apartment came at check out...

"We stayed here to explore Rome, as a family of four, two adults 11 year old and 6 year old, the apartment was spotless with everything we needed, beds comfortable and staff so friendly. Walking distance to so many of the top tourist sites. We couldn’t have asked for more, even the terrace was beautiful to sit and play cards in the evening. We will definately be back! "

"Comfortable bed, lots of stairs, small elevator. Room was nice and spacious. Shower was small and I kept bumping the valve as I was showering, bathroom was large. There was a nice large patio. Internet worked good but went out late at night the first night I was there. The door took a minute to figure out when I first checked In."

"Beautiful spacious apartment. We very much enjoyed our short 2 night stay. Transportation set up to and from the property was excellent. Could walk to many of Rome main attractions. The apartment provided privacy for a couple and a single person with the 2bedrooms. Kitchen with coffee included was great. Balcony, living space, and WiFi all good. The elevator was appreciated for our bags since we were on the 5th floor. Minor broken towel bar. "
