"Super friendly staff. I was there in the off season and while the hotel room is pretty basic, the hotel has a lot of charm, and the staff are very accomodating"

This hotel is located in the center of Grado near the grand canal. It is very close to dozens of restaurants and shops and 10 min walk to 2 public beaches. Hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful (typical Italian fare). Parking, albeit limited and tight,
is available in a secure area accessible from the hotel’s lobby. Recommend getting a junior suite; the less expensive rooms are very small.

Lovely quiet spot to relax at a much more economical price than the nearby country club crowd. Felt more like a traditional B&B stay than a hotel/resort.

Conveniently located in the middle of the city, a block from the water -- more precisely the Trieste Cruise Terminal. We arrived via train, and it was just a short walk (20 minutes with luggage) from the station. Better yet ... the cruise ship that we would board a couple days later was at that Cruise Terminal -- call it a 5-minute walk from the Hotel! Never mind that the hotel room was well kept -- clean, bathroom, et all. Could not have asked for more! Will definitely return!

Pros - near beach, breakfast buffet, great pool, ac was great, kids entertainment. Cons - handicapped room shower Was awful bit we managed, noise was present (my kids sleep throughout it but other people might have an issue). Overall wonderful weekend!

I was very happy with my stay; the service was great, in particular one man at reception whose name began with a T (sorry I didn't get his full name). He was truly exceptional in offering ideas of things to do, how to get places, and really went out of his way to help. The breakfast was great as well, with great service there as well.
The room itself was a little small, but fine and clean and comfortable bed. It had an accessible bathroom, with shower in the middle of the room for those who...
