"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 2am and they expedited check in to allow us to get to our room. They also agreed to hold our luggage once the airport found it until the end of the cruise even though we were not staying with them at the end of the cruise. Exceptional customer service! Great location in Tenerife as well! "

We were told they had parking but when we arrived, we were told it was closed and had to find local parking lot which was a struggle when staff is not able to give you a Google location of it and directs it on a paper map. It would have been helpful if the hotel could notify us about that prior to arrival. "
