"Location is excellent. Rooms are small - good air conditioning/ heating. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was just ok - limited selection and for a hotel of this standard a bit disappointing. It was quite expensive given the room sizes and breakfast overall. "

"The room and communal areas were spotless. We didnt use the spa or breakfast facilities so can't comment on those. Our only regret was that we didn't go for a room with a view and had a room at the back which faced the wall and was a bit dark. Also, would be great if the skybar was open a bit later and was a bit bigger as it did get crowded and the bar downstairs wasnt open. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel has a fantastic location for exploring Bilbao."

"Arriving later in the evening, the front door was locked and there was very poor information and communication as how to get inside the building. The girl at reception could have simply came down and opened the door, but instead I was trying to have an online conversation as to how to gain entry, and at the same time trying to translate some text by the door to try and figure out how to get in. I was outside in the rain for nearly half an hour. Very poor communication and information if you don’t speak Spanish. "
