"One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever walked into, the lobby and bar area was gorgeous and a great place for a nightcap as the day winds down. We were greeted by the staff upon check-in, and they were so friendly and took the time to show us the spots to hit around Bilbao. From there, each experience we had with the staff was splendid, helpful in reserving a taxi for an early morning flight, getting us wine at the bar, etc. Easily the most helpful and friendly staff I've experienced at a hotel in years. The rooms were not huge, but had a nice couch area beside the bed. Sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was tight but not too small. If you are looking to explore old town, this is a perfect place to stay, we can't wait to stay here again in the future. "

"This is nestled in the old town and it’s very beautiful. You are right near a cathedral and it was visible from our room. Very walkable and there are delicious food options in the neighbourhood. Then best bocadillos/sandwich is right across the street. The bread, ham and cheese were the perfect blend and so fresh. It is called Viandas. "
