"Fantastic value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom we had was a little small but modern and super clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was modern and the shower was powerful. It's basic but fine for an overnight stay. The underground parking was easy to locate and manoeuvre in unlike some hotel car parks. Secure and reasonably priced."

"I found the hotel centrally located in the old city centre with cathedral & Plaza Nueva nearby. It’s a 20min walk to the airport bus stop and the Guggenheim museum. Countless cafés, bars and restaurants are around. The room was very clean and had tv, aircon, hairdryer, capsule coffee maker and electric heater. I liked the decoration and the balcony. When I checked in I encountered a multilingual receptionist who was very friendly and gave useful tips. As a tip: rooms towards the alley let you hear street cleaning and party people at night - earplugs are recommended."
