"It was the center of shopping less than 1/2 mile from our local Family. Travel to and from air port easy by taxi or Grab We did side trips during are stay by Air to Boracay and Victory liner bus to Baguio much like airplane travel."

"It is close to everything but the noise and air pollution is very toxic that a person with breathing problem cannot endure."

"This place is new, but beware. When you check in, Be sure you check everything first, do inventory of what they have and take pictures of everything like carpet stain, broken glasses etc. Report to the manager right away. They might charge you a ridiculous amount of money if they found something that they think you damage it after you check-out. Pay only in credit card just in case."

"The day before we checked in host asked for a deposit - not on website. Still waiting to get back. Worst checkin process. Have to “fish” key from a locked mailbox. Not as described - 3rd room has a washer and dryer. Mattress and bed frame on the wall not ready. Broken tv in room. Location and building is well maintained. Building staff are polite."

"It was a mistake to book this place and a total waste of money. Unfortunately my booking was paid in advance for 8 night stay. I won't recommend it. I checked in late about 2AM due to flight delay. Owners were kind to meet us to provide the key to the unit, but CHARGED me for their time to come hand the key. They asked for cash. This "studio penthouse" SMELLS.
