"This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff there are helpful and friendly. The hotel is well located, only a few minutes' walk to the tram stop to go into the city centre. There is a Coop supermarket close to the tram stop which is handy. The hotel is also only a short walk from the airport, but a free shuttle bus runs regularly too. The room was comfortable with air-conditioning, a choice of firm or soft pillows and a good shower. I also enjoyed the free breakfast buffet and the complimentary coffee machine in the reception area. Overall a great trip and I would happily stay here again if visiting Geneva in the future."

A few restaurants in the neighbourhood, new grocery store being built at ground floor (Apr 2025) and specialty grocery stores also in building and across from hotel. We were nervous with the contactless check in, but communication was easy to follow"
