They did arrange for me a taxi - a very old car! Nice driver, but I did have to pay. It was essentially someone's home with rooms to rent. "The pictures used on Expedia for the rooms represent the room in its "tidiest state", but when you actually are in one of the rooms, the interior is in much worse shape (walls/beddding). The bathroom section has a toilet that barely has room for legs because a wall is in the way. At night mosquitoes can come in and so do cockroaches. While I am not scared of either, the mosquitoes are definitely annoying.

"What a wonderful experience! The location is perfect for a “foodie”. Constant police presence and street cameras (one of the safest district). Rooms are serviced daily (new towels, soap, TP). Take advantage of their taxi transportation from airport to hostel or vice versa (18usd). Highly Recommended. My go to when traveling to Lima. 30 minute Taxi ride to Miraflores/Barranco (tourist destination).
