"We were a party of four couples. Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. We had everything we needed for a great weekend break."

"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"This property met our multigenerational group needs. Plenty of space for everyone. Close proximity to shops and a delightful nature reserve. The property needs a fair bit of repair. Broken floor tiles and fronts coming off cupboards. It didn’t stop us enjoying our stay, but it jarred a bit with me."

"I simply loved my stay here. Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is fantastic, with convenience stores and a fish and chips place right within walking distance. The room itself is so cute with great amenities. There is a fan if you get hot and also a heater for when it gets cold. They were absolutely the sweetest hosts and I felt at home!!!"

"A great property in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Downs hillside. I enjoyed watching all of the birds playing outside the livingroom window in the mornings and evenings. We stayed for a week from June 3-10, 2024.The property is as listed. Although, after we washed some of our clothes we didn't have a clothing dryer to dry them. "It was lovely , modern, clean and a lovely location. The view is great (if you have a balcony.. The others without are on the side) The room does get hot. Ceiling fan and standing fan. So if you dont have a balcony you can't get much air in. We had a balcony. It was noisy due to road works and some apparent drunk people at night shouting!! It is well equipped..
