"We had a lovely few days in the Beach House. It is comfortable, clean and well equipped with many thoughtful touches. Made us feel immediately at home. A great location and fabulous sea views. Carol and Simon wonderful hosts. Helpful, accommodating and always wanting you to have the best possible stay. Will definitely stay again when back in the area."

"Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay. "

"Second time I've stayed and is my, 'Go to' when working in West Sussex. Paddy the owner is very organised, the apartment spotlessly clean, on site parking directly outside the apartment, a couple of minutes off the motorway. "

"The property is very clean, comfortable and generally well equipped, with excellent TV and Fridge. There are nice little extras obviously aimed at going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The location was good for the Marina, walking to the Pier areathe cliff side walk to Rottingdean. We are both 69 and did over 20,000 steps in two days but there are regular Busses as well."

"Well equiped studio flat in a convenient location. Could be cleaner, and the shower was a little tame. A few small improvements like a curtain/blind for the doors window and instructions for using the projector would have made the stay better. Having said that I’d consider staying again."

"The room was great very clean good standard. Very impressed with everything. Right by valet parking which was great. We had an early start in the morning but my wake up call at 3am was very welcome. "This is a great hotel and we booked in again as soon as we knew we were flying from Gatwick. The pool is fab, the rooms spacious, everything is spotlessly clean, the staff were superb and the bar/ food options are decent. Only negatives - it's expensive for a taxi to the airport and it was a complete nightmare accessing the hotel on foot. Last time we stayed we were in a car. Other than that, a top notch place to stay."
