"It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent, but was NOT free! The property is near the airport, which was handy. However, the city center, where the most activity is in Lisbon, is not within walking distance. There are few restaurants near here "

It was my second time staying there and the hotel left me a thank you note with a split of port wine to welcome me back. What a wonderful gesture. "We arrived on a Sunday evening, and discovered that the electric blind on the window was broken. After trying to fix it, with no success, we were moved to another room and upgraded. Much appreciated, the staff were responsive and did their best to make things right for two tired travellers. The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and shops right around the corner. Added advantage was being a block away from Rossio Square, where the Christmas market was in full swing. We would use this hotel when we come back to Lisbon, so convenient for everything."
