"The staff there were very pleasant, the food was good l. My room was clean just a little bump on the patio where the paint was stripping. Overall my stay was great. I would do another trip there. I enjoyed my birthday there in March."

"We paid the upgrade to the honeymoon suite but the room was identical to the last room that we had two years ago at the standard rate. From what we could tell all of the rooms are identical. Air conditioning was terrible the room stayed around 27C (80F). The food was not great but the staff was wonderful. The rooms are clean and the pool was too. If you tip frequently, you will get the absolute best service. Swim up bar was great but the “animation crew did not do as well compared to our last visit two years ago. "

"We had a wonderful trip here in mid April. There were 17 of us total staying at the family club with kids ranging from infant all the way up to age 5. The resort was clean, the food was good, and we really enjoyed the beaches and pools. "

"My experience at the resort was very disappointing. While some of the staff were polite, the overall service was poor. The room phone did not work, housekeeping was not helpful when assistance was needed, and the food quality was terrible. Unfortunately, the resort did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend staying there based on my experience."

"Property was great , found some loose tiles on walk ways that were cracked and broken big hazard but young children that love to run around or even and adult can get hurt, cleanliness was there i just wish they were on top of it more when it comes to spills, staff was great very nice people had a lot of interactions around the property and all were very helpful, Robert And Jilson over by the buffet were always there when my family and i arrived greetings us and helping us out with our tables, loved the shows at night and had lots of fun. Big fan of the cortaditos that were made for us every single day over by the cafe inside the lobby the staff there did great and service was also really good."
