"The property overall seemed clean, our room was cleaned daily. The shower did have some moldy spots. There was an electrical outlet that was hanging out of the wall. The food was starting to taste like plastic towards the middle of the week. The buffet selection was the same every day. It would have been nice to have food carts or lunch grab and go spots around the pool so you didn’t have to go into the buffet for lunch. Drinks were plentiful and they never ran out of anything. People saving seats by the pool and never using the em was annoying. I became a member and was assigned a concierge who never helped with any of my requests. That was disappointing. I actually had two concierge representatives neither one of them were able to follow through with my request which were very simple. One was asking for extra towels and a washcloth that were never delivered. This is resort we will not revisit. "

"Yes, overall breakfast was good, the only thing service is a bit slow, had to wait at least 15/20 minutes before i get the menu and order, apart of that everything else was up to standard"

"rooms are dated but cleaned every time even the fridge is always stocked up with water beer and pop… the staff are amazing … anny liriano the representative from expedia walked up to us few mins upon arruving and told she will be our personal assistant … she took our numbers and contacted us evey day checking on us and even did our restaurant reservations so we didnt have to line up and sweat on doing the resto reservations … she just sends us the booking info andoff we go to the resto… jose, the shutlle driver is amazing he goes above and beyond his job makes sure to pick us up and drop off us when and where we needed from day 1 till the day we leave … the guy from the coffee shop at night is also amazing making good coffee and sandwiches for our midnight snack and the guy incharge of the pool activities is also nice … the pool is huge the beach is so nice and the splashpark is amazing even the fun republic the kids had so much fun "

"At the time we arrived the resort agent at the check-in, Geicha, was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She provided the most suitable room for my family. Furthermore, before arrival, she had already booked all restaurant reservations for us. Superior customer service!"

"All around 5 stars except for the following: trash (and flies) from previous occupants still in garbage can and a glob of someone else’s toothpaste still in bathroom sink. No extra trash bags to take care of things ourselves. Our host explained he had a broken phone when we messaged him the first day. He was very friendly throughout and responsive the rest of our 4 day stay and very helpful with our luggage and a fresh towel request. Absolutely perfect location in Los Corales. Walking distance to a plethora of good restaurants, a small market, a larger market, and a pharmacia where I needed sinus spray to dive. Easy to pin for Uber and general transport but not necessary unless you are leaving as everything is within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place despite the small issues which were SMALL for us but might mean more to those reviewing. The people of the DR are genuinely friendly and we felt very safe here. "
