"After days of complaining about the phone, lock box, bathroom, and cleanness, issues were resolved. However, husband and I feel staff should be more empathetic and understanding to customers needs. However, my husband, and I would like to express our gratitude to Odalis and Alfany, whom tried the hardest to make us feel comfortable, even when things were not as expected. "

"Very big property. Very good places enjoy vacation. I think they have to do whoever want to go to shopping outside of resorts, they have arranged car with fix time and safety. So people can outside food. I stay 6 night in resorts eating same food is boring. If they take outside we can eat outside tooo with our money. And very less vegetarian options please add more food Other than everything is best, best people "

"This hotel it’s not 4 star hotel ,it’s completely outdated bathrooms clogged shower not working no shampoo the beach was ok but to much outside people and vendors I will not recommend to anyone this hotel , people don’t go there, I paid a lot of money but it’s not worth it find a different hotel my advice would be to go to a different location very old and outdated."

"Yes, overall breakfast was good, the only thing service is a bit slow, had to wait at least 15/20 minutes before i get the menu and order, apart of that everything else was up to standard"

"All around 5 stars except for the following: trash (and flies) from previous occupants still in garbage can and a glob of someone else’s toothpaste still in bathroom sink. No extra trash bags to take care of things ourselves. Our host explained he had a broken phone when we messaged him the first day. He was very friendly throughout and responsive the rest of our 4 day stay and very helpful with our luggage and a fresh towel request. Absolutely perfect location in Los Corales. Walking distance to a plethora of good restaurants, a small market, a larger market, and a pharmacia where I needed sinus spray to dive. Easy to pin for Uber and general transport but not necessary unless you are leaving as everything is within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place despite the small issues which were SMALL for us but might mean more to those reviewing. The people of the DR are genuinely friendly and we felt very safe here. "
