"Very clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Good breakfast with made-to-order eggs, meat/cheese, juices, etc.. The location is only 5 minute walk to the Main Square, which was super convenient. Hotel is relatively small, with just a few rooms around a courtyard. Architecture was traditional style for the area and was the most unique of all the various hotels I stayed at in Peru. Some (not all) of the staff spoke reasonably good English which was helpful. Not an issue to me, but if...

"They "forgot" my reservation, hotel was full! and they tried to make me believe that the hotel was not functioning any more.They took me to a dirty hotel 80 meters away ..."

"They stole our money, and Expedia won't help. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they are closed due to renovations. The hotel did not give us a refund. I called Expedia twice about this, and they said that since the hotel got paid, they are the ones who should give us a refund. Worse, Expedia continues to list this property on their website. This is fraud from the hotel and from Expedia."
