"I loved how accessible this was to my event and not to mention it was a great hotel! The were kind and accommodating. I did not enjoy the valet as they did take over an hour to collect my vehicle but I understand it was not their fault but rather a lack of staff issue on the hotel and I can understand when it is a one man show trying to run everything."

"We were in town for Cubs/Cards baseball game and a wedding. Our room at the hotel was very clean & comfortable. We enjoyed having the separate living area and bedroom area in the suite. LEO at the valet desk was AWESOME...we enjoyed chatting with him while waiting on our vehicle. "

"Great location! No major issues. Only critic I have is we were offered to update, I selected one and asked about it upon check in. The lady checking us in basically said that you won’t ever get the upgrades when they sent them. Just wondering why you would offer an upgrade if you never truly honor them. Also, don’t get hyped by the Balmain toiletries , they clearly refill the bottles with off brand soap, lotion etc. "
