"Took my disabled mum for weekend. Checked in Friday afternoon. Although hotel was very busy reception staff found an accessible room attached to our main room. This took away a lot of anxiety/pressure. Food and drinks on the expensive side. Breakfast was very disorganised and long wait for food which I think was due to staff shortages. So would recommend eating /drinking in local places situated close by"

"Loved our stay here. We expected it to be good but it exceeded our expectations. Room had plenty of space, huge bed, big bathroom. Every member of staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good and even though it was very busy and you needed to wait for any ordered food, it was worth it. Would definitely stay here again."

"Clean room, good amenities with toiletries, hair dryer, tea/coffee facilities. Shower gap would have been handy. Lifts not adequate for the number of floors/rooms when busy. It was particularly busy due to the championships but we spent ages each time waiting for the lifts and they were usually full."

"A lovely hotel in a perfect location. The bar staff were excellent. The outside area was lovely. The only disappointing aspect was no food after 10pm on the Sunday, normally this would be ok, but the European Athletics was on and nearly everyone at the hotel was there in the evenings and were not getting back to the hotel until after 10:30pm."

"Dinner and breakfast were included and were both very good, with excellent speed of service for dinner. We had a twin room which was spacious and nice with a massive bathroom!"
