"This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in, the staff were polite and friendly. Very helpful. Everything was accessible and easy to get around. But bear in mind i don't know if it’s our brain but the light system was very confusing to us!! Haha! We stayed in the suite and the suite absolutely beautiful, But was it not swept or mopped, so kept slippers on. We did ask for the room to be cleaned but they only swept not mopped! They know how to clean rooms as the last night we stayed the room was swept and mopped and it was AMAZING after that! "

"Great hotel & location, rooms are everything you need & cleaned daily, meal times there is always something to suit with lots of choice & well made & presented, kids disco & entertainment show is very good, all staff are friendly & helpful & always have a smile, pool areas are great as are the parks & there's lots to keep kids happy, its very much a kids hotel so can be noisy, granddaughter loved it & found lots of friends, we loved it too & would be back without hesitation, its a great family holiday hotel.
