"This is a wonderful place to stay. They can accommodate larger parties or just a party of 2. The hosts Lori and Emanuele are gracious and helpful. We also fell in love with the resident dog Molly. Beautiful, clean and so very peaceful. We loved our 4 day stay here. "

The staff across the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the food was excellent and affordable, and the property and rooms were tastefully decorated and kept spotless. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Renting a car is highly advisable, as transport links are poor and hard to navigate. "

Short drive to a nice coffee shop, small supermarket and the city square in San Gemini. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"What I liked most was the superb view and the friendliness of the staff. Rooms are quite big and air conditioning allows you to warm it up in case it gets cold. Location is only 5 minutes drive from Amelia town. The restaurant in there is at the moment closed, anyway the host was also very kind on suggesting another very good restaurant in Amelia."

Tutto stupendo, il relax totale e il cibo direi eccellente, il cameriere Ale gentilissimo, ci aveva consigliato la visita a Narni sotterranea, stupenda. Grazie. Appena possibile vorremmo ritornarci.
