"Beautiful, well-maintained home in perfect mountain location. The owners clearly care a lot about this home and we tried to take care of it like our own. Kitchen was the most well-stocked of any short-term rental I've ever stayed in. Lots of space, comfortable beds, every possible thing you could need to make a meal and relax with family and friends. Very family friendly space. This house is perfectly situated up a steep, private driveway right near the very popular Catawba Falls trailhead. The yard is private and in mid-Oct, is the perfect setting for a cozy fall rental. The host was very easy to get a hold of and they provided breakfast supplies which came in VERY handy both mornings we were there. I would stay here 100 more times and hope I get the chance to again sooner than later. Thank you for an amazing VRBO experience!"

"Our family had a wonderful vacation at this Black Mountain home. Some of our favorite things about the home:1. The views from the home are breathtaking! We were able to watch the sunrise each morning. 2. The check in process and communication with the owners was wonderful. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the owners responded very quickly.3. The ping pong table, foosball table, and video game machine were big hits with the teens and young adults in the group!4. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies needed for cooking meals at the house. 5. The personal touches of the home owners was appreciated. The welcome basket, toiletries and other household supplies provided were so thoughtful.We would definitely stay at this home again if we are in the Black Mountain area."
