"My husband and I have stayed at many properties through VRBO. Most of them have been very nice. This place far surpasses all of them! The host, Michelle, went above and beyond! She was extremely easy to communicate with, the check-in process was so easy. We had one little glitch but that was not her problem at all. I called her and she and her husband immediately helped us to remedy the situation. The place is extraordinary and we’ve never stayed anywhere that had instructions on how to do everything from the gas logs to the grill to the fire pit!! Each and every switch was clearly marked and I can’t think of one single thing that they forgot to do to make our stay very special. Everything about this home is 5 stars plus, but the VIEW is as good as any view we’ve seen even from the Biltmore Estate!"

"Our family had a wonderful vacation at this Black Mountain home. Some of our favorite things about the home:1. The views from the home are breathtaking! We were able to watch the sunrise each morning. 2. The check in process and communication with the owners was wonderful. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the owners responded very quickly.3. The ping pong table, foosball table, and video game machine were big hits with the teens and young adults in the group!4. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies needed for cooking meals at the house. 5. The personal touches of the home owners was appreciated. The welcome basket, toiletries and other household supplies provided were so thoughtful.We would definitely stay at this home again if we are in the Black Mountain area."

"Close to Asheville, Catawba Falls, and Black Mountain. Cabin was perfect for us, everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom and privacy. The little yard was perfect for our little dog. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Took post-hike dips and enjoyed the sunsets and fireflies. WiFi worked great. Well kept neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Felt safe yet secluded. Great stay! "
