"The location is perfect for exploring Charlotte and the yard is large for a dog to have a place to play. However, it has spots for escape if your dog has that tendency. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bath are a great space by yourself or with company, with the primary on one side with privacy. The lines are clean, but the house could use more love and the door locks have some issues. "

"I received no information in advance from the host about access. On the day of the rental, repeated attempts via text and phone went unanswered. Several chats and phone conversations with VRBO support were unsatisfactory. Their attempts to reach the host were also unanswered and I was told it had been "escalated to the proper department" and that they would be in touch to discuss alternate accomomdations. My request for a refund was answered with "the host will have to approve the refund"! I...

"5 start stay! This is a great recently renovated historic home in the upscale Dilworth community. It is close to downtown and South End and walkable to tons of bars and restaurants. Wide open living and dining room and loved both the front and rear porches of this home. Super comfort stay. Great communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay here again. "
