"Excellent accommodation option in Queenstown. Many options to chose from depending on the number of people and choice. We rented the standard Mountain View studio which can easily accommodate 4 people. It is very clean and fully contained with your own kitchen and bathroom. Towels and linens are clean too. Own parking is just outside the door. Many sports and leisure actvities for kids. Just 5 minutes to Arrowtown village and 20 minutes to and from the airport and Queenstown city centre. Staff...

"Location is good. However, despite being new, the property is only in average condition. It has some odd quirks, including a heat pump only in the main living area and no locks on the bathroom doors. It has a washing machine but no dryer. "

"Gorgeous place, we stayed two nights for some down time whilst travelling for 5 months. Our room (9) overlooked the garden. Great bed with fresh white quality bedding, great shower. Excellent bar/bar menu and restaurant. The garden is gorgeous. "Great location as central/near to all local activities"

"We arrived late at night due to unforeseen circumstances and had a difficult time getting into our room. No one was in the office and it was closed, so we had to knock on the door until someone came. They seemed very annoyed, but told us that our key was already in our room and the room was unlocked. We didn’t love that the room was accessible to anyone before we got there. The place itself was good. There was milk in the fridge and a couple of cookies. No frills place but it got the job done...

"Wow! An amazing experience at a beautiful property, with outstanding service. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our travels in NZ, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is stunning, the food is outstanding, and the room is beautiful. But the staff are what make the place really special. "The ground and buildings look good - feels like you’re in a Swiss resort. Staff nice enough. Breakfast very average though. Had to pay $15 per day for parking which is expensive. It’s a hotel that gets large bus groups through so can be noisy. "

"Received an upgrade from an Executive Studio to a 2 bedroom apartment with Mountain views. Much appreciated! It’s a fairly new building so everything is in great working order. It’s close to restaurants, shops and only a 20min walk to the airport. There are dedicated parking spaces in front of the building but be early to grab one of these. Would absolutely stay here again."
