"Cleaned rooms, bathrooms and shared areas were very clean, great to have hot water in the taps and hot showers on a cold day. Enjoyed the humbling experience and stay, as well as the town only 600m away - Staff were very helpful and even contacted and organised some small changes I had inquired about a few days prior Thank you, Hampshire Arrowtown."

"Unique and gorgeous antiques. Lobby fireplace cozy. Staff was great. Such a beautiful building, grounds, and rooms. Thermal pools were being renovated so they gave us free entry to the Polynesian thermal pools. Wish we could have stayed longer."
"Just a short 10-minute drive from town, this hotel was perfect for us! We loved waking up to stunning snowy mountain views every morning. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for breakfast—really handy. It’s close to shops and a supermarket, and with daily room service, our stay was completely relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend!"
"The Dairy Private Hotel was the perfect location, just a block from the gondola, a couple blocks from the Center for all my tour pick ups, and also center of town for shopping and dining. Location was important to me as a solo traveler. No need to take an Uber anywhere.
It was more like a bed and breakfast hotel with it's warm and cozy charm. Breakfast was included. They also have daily wine and cheese happy hour around the living room fire place, where I met and chatted with many nice travelers...
