"Lovely hotel with equally lovely staff. Do try the roof bar, with an incredible panoramic view across the city. Excellent location, just off Gran Via. Easy to get to all main attractions but really quiet & peaceful. "

"Ivan en recepción, lo máximo con sus atenciones. En chico del bar excelente también. Lo unico malo del hotel es que no cuenta con una carta de tomo service, tienes que descargar una app, si no tienes en ese momento la posibilidad, no hay servicio. Hable por teléfono y la chica que me contestó nada amable me dijo que vivíamos en un mundo digital, lo sé, pero en todos los hoteles del mundo hay un menú. Hay tanto documento en la habitación (hojas,menú de almohadas, etc) que no es posible que no haya un menú de Room service. De todo lo demás súper y excelente. "
