"Sketchy neighborhood, very run down. Owner insisted in addictional$40 deposit which was returned but not the norm for a 3rd party reservation. They were insisting on cash but wouldn't give me a receipt so opted for c/c so I could dispute if not returned. For the $80 I paid not worth it and would keep looking "
"This was a very cute and clean home in the heart of Hutchison Island. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. The home had everything we needed for cooking at home and chairs, umbrellas, etc for the beach! They even had 2 bicycles in the garage we could use to ride around the island. We would definitely book here again! "
"I don't understand the bad reviews. If you had bedbugs, shower broke, fridge broke, I definitely get it. But, it's a budget hotel, so expect budget. Book ahead of time and don't expect 5 star service. Do your homework. If you need a place to stay for a few nights while in town, don't overlook it. I'd stay there again."
