We love this hotel. It is a short walk to the beach, offers great facilities and had a great restaurant, all at a very reasonable nightly rate. During our stay the hotel had live music several nights. No worries about what to do, the hotel can arrange excellent tours to meet every desire. We loved the staff. They were very friendly, always helpful, knowledgeable, and treated us like family. Villa del Sueno will be our go to stay for a mid winter break in the future.

Great option in Coco. Close to beach, main strip, and some of the better accommodations in the area. Highly recommend this place.

Ideally located if you're traveling to and from the airport. Extremely clean rooms and well maintained grounds.

We were beyond happy with this hotel choice for our extended vacation, 4 weeks. The owners, Hilda and Simon, were onsite and were, with the staff, extremely helpful and accommodating during our whole stay. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. We were able to walk to the beaches and many local, quaint restaurants and shops. Brasilito is a sleepy little town that is quiet. This is a great hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the pool several times. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a nice perk. You are a 20 minute walk to the main city center. I would highly recommend listening to the advice of the hotel staff and walk along the beach. The walk along the road would not be recommended, especially at night. This property is a good value for your money. I would stay here again.

This property is beautiful especially for the price. Staff was very accommodating and quick to help. The large ceiling to floor windows provide an absolutely amazing view. Beds are comfortable. Food was good! Beautiful hotel grounds and easy beach access with lounge chairs. Staff is happy to help.

When we arrived, the manager was called to tell us that unfortunately the hotel had been overbooked and our room had been given away. Needless to say, we were NOT HAPPY - especially because we had booked many months previous. This place was great! Comfortable beds and linens! Great ac! HOT water. There was also a water outage in the whole city but luckily the palms had extra tanks on property and were able to switch to those so we had hot water when the rest of the town didn't! It’s a beautiful place to visit. The view is amazing, the food is actually great. My only displeasure was they didn’t have tv BUT that just means you’ll have more reason to connect with family, wife/husband or what ever friends you came with.

It is a nice small Hotel that can serve as an operation base, between Liberia (Main City, 30 min drive) and the beach coast (Hermosa Beach, 4 min walking) Hermosa Beach is not the prettiest, but is nice, clean, with blue waters.
