"Both the Pool and Hot tub looked very clean and inviting. We did not use the pool or hot tub. We were pleased to see a lift in the bool for handicapped individuals. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. "

"We absolutely loved our stay. Such a beautiful house. The attention to detail was appreciated. We felt like princesses in the beautiful tall, comfortable beds. The house was so well appointed. We enjoyed the hot tub, front porch, patio area and various sitting areas. We walked downtown for dinner which was amazing. Loved watching the Amish ride up and down the street on the fronch porch. Would highly recommend. "

"Very nice unit/apartment located in downtown Penn Yan. Location was great for getting to many of the sites we wanted to see ie: canandaigua, Hammondsport, Watkins Glen etc. the place felt clean and cared for and updated. Kitchen was well stocked. A bit small for 4 adults but adequate. The “living area” not as comfortable seating as I would have liked, but wouldn’t take it off my list or high score. Our “master” room was great, the 2nd bedroom is extremely small, no closet, just an armoire, and would be great for kids but not another adult couple. The master has its own bathroom, the secondary bedroom had to use the hall bathroom which meant entering the kitchen/living area to get to it. Not ideal, you just need to know what you’re getting as we still liked the unit. Master bedroom bed was soooo comfy, good sleeping. Penn Yan has most everything you need, much within walking distance. Unfortunately we didn’t find restaurants that served the quality we wanted, but there’s plenty available. "

"The house is beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The kitchen was my favorite area. But the tub in the bathroom was also beautiful. The whole house is beautifully decorated and very clean. There were even small toys for my kids to play with. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was close to the wineries we wanted to visit and some other things we just randomly chose. Would love to stay again."
