"We totally enjoyed the peaceful calm of this tiny house! In a world that is moving fast, it felt good to just slow down and breathe. Very private and secluded with limited cell service we just enjoyed watching butterflies dance on the lawn and later on, sipping beverages by the fure pit and star gazing. Everything was spotless and the bed very comfy. The only negative was the road traffuc on the rural road. When they came, the trucks came loud and fast.It was just their sound interrupting our peace; the property is secluded and we could've see them. Close to Keuka Lake and Hammondsport, we would 100% stay here again!"

"We had a fantastic stay here. It was secluded and quiet, almost like we had the lake to ourselves. First coffee at the adirondack chairs on the seawall, second coffee and brunch on the deck. We paddled up and around long point and back on the kayaks. Smores on the gas firepit. cooked a few meals in the kitchen and on the grill. The location was super too. Smack dab in the middle of wineries, breweries, a few marinas. Our stay was by my measure perfect. "

"We booked this house based on the location and the positive reviews and the house exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice and the location was ideal for a wine tasting long weekend. Each of us were able to have our own bedroom and the 2 full bathrooms were ideal. The house was clean and well equipped, and we took advantage of the firepit (and chairs) and hot tub each night.Of note, and by no means to take away from the overall experience, GPS takes you to the address, but the driveway is off Milo Center Road (the first right turn once youre in front of the house or when GPS says you've arrived.) We recognized the house from the photos, and arrived during the daytime, so we were able to locate the driveway.The short drive to Penn Yan for groceries, liquor store and restaurants was convenient. The location allowed us to reach wineries, restaraunts, waterfalls, and beaches on both Keuka and Seneca lake within an hour. We are hoping this house stays a hidden gem and we can make this an annual trip!"
