"The reception staff were so welcoming, especially Jen who welcomed us like old friends. So chatty and lovely and a such a great start to our trip. Hotel and room was clean and looked great and just what we needed. Rooms were nice and warm during this cold weather however the hallways were a bit chilly! The tv was well positioned and the water was hot at all times Breakfast was good but some foods could have been a little warmer but that’s often the challenge for buffet service. The range and availability was great though. The lounge and bar are was very well run by professional and friendly staff who definitely know how to deliver great customer service. Drinks and food were all up to the required standard. The reception team were also very helpful and friendly providing good information and a smooth experience "
