"Great location, has the potential to be great but... When I book a room it's because I need a bed for the night, I like that bed to be of a standard not some hard cheap mattress. "This is a 3 star property 2 of our 5 nights there our room wasn’t serviced The lighting in the room is terrible - no option to only have some of the lights on - it’s all or nothing and there are fluoro type lights above the tv making very poor viewing. Very little bench space in the bathroom And only two of everything in the kitchen - 2 forks, 2 glasses, 2 plates etc , very basic Good parking in the garage Bed could be softer. Nice car next door for breakfast, very reasonably priced."

"The Cullen is a lovely hotel, it’s just starting to show signs of age and wear. The balcony that we paid extra to have was dirty, the furniture just an old cracked table and 2 dirty plastic chairs. The penthouse is so nice, it is a shame that there are cracked pavers on the balcony, some are raised and are a tripping hazard. It a sad to see the hotel not being maintained. "
