"Nice stay close to airport"

"I booked a twin room for my daughter & I to share. It was perfect. Plenty of space for 2 people. Wardrobe had plenty of hangers and the bathroom had plenty of space for all our bits & pieces! Our room was spotless and it was nice to have the option of different pillows. The air conditioning was preset but it was easy to change this to our preferred temp. I really liked the option to not have our bedlinen or towels changed. We were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t necessary to wash / change...

"The lobby and restaurant/bar areas are very nice and have been well updated. Staff was very polite and helpful. It is in a good location for sightseeing. But, they REALLY need to change their signature scent that hits you when you first walk in. NOT pleasant at all. The rooms are very clean but have not been updated in a very, very long time. It is an old hotel. Furniture, original toilets/tubs and carpet from the 70’s. The first rooms our group was given were unacceptable. Strong sewer...

"A great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of all the action. Everything is in easy walking distance. The only criticisms I have about the property are the elevator and breakfast service. The elevator can get quite busy and there is only 3 that services this large property. If you’re unable to take stairs, you’re going to be waiting a considerable amount. As well, if you don’t go early for breakfast, you could be waiting upwards of 15 minutes for a table."

"The hotel is very nice and the rooms very comfortable. The staff are extremely nice and friendly. The location is great, tubes are a 5 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel."

"Good hotel."

"Lovely friendly hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and in an excellent location for theatres and British Museum ( five min walk). Restaurants nearby. Very reasonable priced. Couldn’t fault it."

"جميع الخدمات متوفرة ولكن الاثاث قديم وكذلك فرش ارضية الغرفة والمصاعد تصدر اصوات مزعجة"

"The staff at The Rubens were wonderful, especially the doormen! We had the pleasure of meeting two lovely gentlemen during our stay, but Robert truly stood out. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and kind to everyone who walked through the doors. His welcoming personality made every entrance and exit feel special. He truly is a gem and such an asset to the hotel!"

"Sauberes Zimmer und hilfsbereites Personal."

"Het hotel is centraal gelegen. Ruime kamers, proper onderhouden. Ruime keuze bij ontbijt. Jammer dat ze geen microgolf en een droogkast hebben."
