"I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this.."

"An absolutely fabulous weekend ! Indulged in views, enjoyed the wonderful weather, and the house is just perfect. From cooking in the carriage, to relaxing in front of the wood burner, a lovely walk on the beach and listening to the waves from the deck with a glass or two of wine, was all extremely relaxing. A great couple of day trips out to Hastings, and Rye, which were truly enjoyable. We cannot wait to go back!"

"We arrived quite late and were welcomed by the receptionist who was very helpful. Our overall short stay was good, however the bed was very uncomfortable which was a shame! The springs were palpable in the mattress and this led to a bit of disturbed sleep."
