"We stayed for three nights, and really enjoyed pottering round Rye and mornings on the beach. Robin Hill is a wonderful place to stay, a welcoming and comfortable family home. Communication was excellent, the house very clean, and it was so nice to stay somewhere with character and history in equal measure! Many thanks :)"

"Located a short distance from the railway station and Whitstable harbour, all well signposted. The accomodation located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits supplied which was much appreciated on our arrival and the prosecco was a pleasant surprise too. Loved the bathroom and shower. Everything you might need for a short stay. I most definitely will be visiting Whitstable again (I have family here)...

"We had a great time, location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed, however I would say that it is better designed for 2 adults and children as beds in loft were a wee bit small for adults, other than that great place to stay"

"Tina was a brilliant host, from booking until after our stay. Great communication, lovely lady. Bungalow is really lovely, contains everything you need plus extras! Reculver Towers is a short walk away with stunning views! The beach was a lovely 5 minute walk away too, great location! Will definately try and return one day. Thanks again Tina 😊"

"To start with, there was absolutely no information given upon confirmation of the booking about how to access the property, so I had to call the owner who eventually called back with the code to the key safe. When I entered the property it soon became clear that the listing for this property is completely misleading. "We had the most amazing stay. The property is beautifully decorated outside as well as the inside. Will make the perfect stay with family or friends. Extra bonus is we were able to swim in the river using our own pontoon. Cant recommend enough!"

"Nicely decorated house in a good location close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, and a BBQ outside. We also loved the fireplace although could have done with a bigger supply of logs. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Super quiet at night too. Would recommend a visit."
