"I had a delightful large Bosphorus sea view corner room. It was well designed, historic, and had a view of the Mosque next door and the men who come pole fishing each data at 6 am for sprats!! Very charming. The staff are lovely (and could improve their English to make their jobs easier). All in all my 3 nights were wonderful. Yusuf makes a great cosmopolitan cocktail!! "

The man at the front desk helped us acquire a card for public transportation and even helped us refill it. The hotel was accessible to the ferry and the staff helped us understand the system. "Staff are respectful and willing help, kitchen is open so you can see how is the food cooked. My room was premium and there was awkward smell every time I reported I had immediate respond. There was maintenance need on ceiling and TV need upgrading to smart TV at least in premium room and the sound insulation was not the best. Other than these I am happy hotel standards. "This is a beautifully appointed and well maintained hotel in a very convenient location for Turquoise shipyard and the other, larger shipyards around Tuzla Bay. The staff were all very polite and attentive. The restaurants and the bar are very comfortable and the food is good value. The range of food available at breakfast is exceptional. The bed was very comfortable and the WiFi signal strength was good throughout the hotel."
