"The property was very charming as was our hostess. The villa is on a hillside overlooking Nice with wonderful views and we sat on the terrace every evening to watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. There is a bus stop just outside the property to get down to the train station where you have easy access to trains, trams and buses that can get you anywhere you need to go (we didn't rent a car). The only caution is to watch the bus schedule...

"We spent 3 weeks at this wonderful apartment and enjoyed it very much. It is secure and very safe. The location just across from the beach and all local attractions made it close to everything. We enjoyed the large deck with outdoor seating. Communication with Roxanne was perfect and she promptly answered any questions that we had and gave great recommendations. We would stay here again. "

The accommodation is a charming typical French residence with a lovely relaxing pool area which was very much appreciated in the summer heat. The apartment is comfortable and quiet with good facilities and is in walking distance of a bakery, little supermarket and butcher. Cannes centre is a short car drive...

"What a nice surprise it was to rent this apartment! We were a group of four and enjoyed having lunch and dinner in the apartment every day, especially since the weather was so-so. The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were greatly appreciated. The kitchen is as well-equipped as one at home, and everything necessary for our stay was provided, allowing us to travel light. The location was fantastic, with everything accessible by foot. The region is amazing, and being situated between Italy...

"The host did not meet me nor her house caretaker. I was left on the street, luggage and all!, to figure out what to do! I checked in at a hotel where I spent 12 nights!!! This cost me thousands of unexpected dollars. The host reach out the next day to try to explain. At that point, the confidence and comfort was not there being a solo senior traveler. NEVER AGAIN I will be asking VRBO for compensation for this travesty!!!"

"We had a wonderful week at this beautiful and well located apartment. Plenty of space to hang out and a great kitchen to cook meals. Fully stocked with all you might need, including laundry and beach towels and a little cart to do groceries. Phillipe was attentive and gave us a great tour of the apartment and Louisa’s recommendations for restaurants were perfect. "

"The apartment is in a very convenient location. The view is amazing and we spent many mornings watching the sun rise over the mountain. It’s far enough from the tourist area so it’s not as crowded. We traveled a lot by tram (stop is just around the corner) and by bus (stops are right in front of the apartment). The caretaker is responsive, pleasant, and just great to work with. If we make it back to Nice we will stay here again."
