"This was the perfect apt right at the edge of old town and the public beach is a 4 minute walk. Beautiful view from the balcony (turn left ) and the apt was clean and comfortable . Air conditioning kept us cool.Our host met us, recommended things to do and made check in and out so easy. Even drove us to the airport when our Uber cancelled . We will be back !Merci !!"

"This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. "The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs.
