"Hotel Ristorante La Terrazza was the perfect base for a 4-day trip to Assisi and its surroundings. It's conveniently located near main attractions and just a 5-minute drive from the city center. The restaurant was excellent, the pool was well-maintained, and the location is simply stunning."

"Palazzo Sbaraglini is a true gem of a hotel. It’s newly renovated, the room was spacious, our shower was huge, and our room had a spectacular view of the countryside. It was so clean and well maintained. The breakfast was had many Assisi/Umbrian foods and sweets with Joy, the breakfast host, being so warm and accommodating. Erminia, at the front desk, gave us a wonderful historical informational tour of the hotel and we felt like we were staying in a living museum. We cannot say enough good...

"Amazing experience, the saunas in the room were just perfect after a long day exploring Assisi. The staff was most helpful and accommodating. Would visit again"

"Lovely, clean, family run business. The owner himself, while having very little English, couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful to our children in particular."

Il Sogno di Davide is truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely wonderful. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful scenery and just a short distance from the charming town of Assisi.
The rooms are stunning, beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The service is exceptional, with such warmth and attention to detail that makes you feel genuinely welcomed.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, amazing food, QUIET.
Sitting in the hot tub amidst the ruins of a Roman amphitheater was beyond all great travel experiences.
Excellent chef, with a respectful eye towards organic and local tradition. Restaurant is a bit expensive, but far superior to the tourist restaurants in the center. Beautiful breakfast buffet, homemade pastries, and bread like bread should be made.
The experience is worth every penny.

This was our second visit to the beautiful LaTerrazza. Again, it did not disappoint.
From the moment you enter the lobby, you are treated as if you were the only guest in the hotel. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and beautifully appointed. Our private terrace allowed us full views of the Mouth Subasio valley as we sat and sipped wine in the evening. This time, we visited with our son and his wife. Our son has celiac disease so gluten free foods are his only...

This is a private Palazzo turned into a Hotel. The rooms have been remodeled and modernized. It is a gorgeous property and has 6 rooms. The staff are great although no one stays overnight. They live close by and have good contact by phone messages (WhatsApp). By no means this was an issue. Everything was taken care of. They prepare a breakfast of delicious pastries, eggs, fruits, nuts, yogurts and more. You get personal attention from the staff. I received a message in the evening asking me what...

Castello Di Monterone is a small castle that has outfitted into an 11-12 room hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable with high quality bathrooms, windows, etc. There are lots of little alcoves, inside and out, to hole up in. Great view of Perugia from across the valley, and the city itself is only a few minutes away (although it's one of the more maze-like experiences to try to get into the city center.)
Wi-Fi works well, although it's broken into a handful of small zones, owing I...

We had a lovely stay at Il Rietro. The setting was picturesque, the service impeccable, and the room sparkling clean and comfortsble. The restaurant was also a complete delight with excellent service, delicious wine and amazing food. I hope we'll have the opportunity to visit again. Grazie!

About 20 minutes drive outside of Gubbio and up a mountain, the Castello provides a unique hotel stay. Our room was in a building inside the walls. It was quite large with a very roomy bathroom with both large tub and separate shower. Beams, stone walls and wooden shutters contributed to the castle atmosphere. Just steps away,at the entry to the castle itself is the door to the restaurant or up the stairs is the breakfast room/common area-both with wood burning fireplaces. Arriving in late...

This is a lovely hotel close to the center of Perugia. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was immaculately clean. The view over the city and into the Umbrian countryside was lovely. We were very happy with everything the hotel had to offer.
