"We stayed at Shiba Park Hotel the last week of March. We loved how our room suited our family of 4. We stayed in the room with two full bunk beds and one full sized bed. It was well suited for 2 adults, a 7 year old and a 3 year old. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I felt bad as we arrived almost close to midnight, but the staff member who helped us was very professional and took care of us right away. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of foods that ranged from Chinese porridge, to Japanese breakfast offerings, to yogurt, cereal and pastries. There was something that all of us would eat.Their amenities were cute and everything was bamboo themed. The hotel itself was a few minutes walk from Diaman station and a few blocks walk from Tokyo Tower. The only thing that we thought could use improvement for us was that the laundry room only had two machines and the washer/dryer combo didn't dry our clothes very well. It would have been nice to have a warning or an idea of how many clothes it should take."

"While the rooms are pretty small by American standards, they're about average size for Japan. However, the staff was amazing. The facilities were excellent and the amenities were great. Highly recommend to stay here."
