"An Absolutely Exceptional Experience at the Tokyo Imperial Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely outstanding. The service was impeccable, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and luxurious, with a perfect blend of timeless Japanese hospitality and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and every detail made our stay feel special. The dining experience was...

"Warm welcoming staff, central location to get in and out of the high tourist areas and amazing layout in the room! Absolutely fabulous stay!"

"Beautiful, peaceful hotel with an amazing view. The location is slightly removed from the busy tourist spots, which is really nice to get a break from. But it is close enough to make visiting areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku and Ginza easy. They had great shower water pressure, a good amount of space and pretty good sound proofing in the rooms!"

"The rooms were exceptional, clean and the service was amazing! Close to trains and easy walk around Ginza. Would stay there again."

"Amazing stay"

"Good location Very clean room"

"Had a great 5 day stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the design and functionality was very well thought. There was enough space to leave our luggage open unlike other hotels we’ve been to, which has bigger sq footage but didn’t really have alot of space to open luggages. The tatami dining area was also cute and the kitchen has everything we need. The washer and dryer inside the room worked great. The staff was also nice and helpful. Would definitely come back!"

"I had very mixed feelings about this hotel, more so than any other we stayed at during our trip. On the one hand, extremely clean and quiet room, on the other hand, we were disappointed by the extremely long elevator line-ups and some of the staff service. I think it’s because of the business-like nature of this hotel, but it felt like whiplash when we came after a long day from the friendly staff in Hakone and some museums, they directed us immediately to the screen for check-in without much...

"Amazing stay in every single way. Superb hotel in such a great location - short walk to stations for everywhere, Ginza district etc but without the crowds. Modern pristine, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and bedding. Very quiet. In room fridge, ironing facilities and hairdryer. Drip coffee and kettle. Fluffy towels. All made my 6 night stay home form home. Had premium room on 13th floor with great views. Staff were so accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend and would...

"👌"

"Excellent location. While I could hear the train, it didn’t affect my sleep. Nice breakfast options and very helpful staff. Great room and this time I also got a lounge access which was appreciated due to free pool access."

"Strategic location, easy to get trains, buses or taxis. There is even an airport limo bus to Narita. Many eateries in Shiodome complex and a family mart. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful."
