"Staff, staff, staff. We keep coming back for the service staff. Receptionists, Orange restaurant staff (all), bar. Keep it up. Rooms especially bathrooms will need attention for repairs. Not dirty, just dated"

The wonderful ladies who cleaned our room daily, even through we said they didnt need to. Coming back to a clean and friendly hotel was just what we needed after a day exploring Istanbul."

"Decent hotel, friendly staff. Only thing i would say is the breakfast was a let down. All they had was a couple of choices of cold meats, cheese, olives and some sort of pasta. They also had cereal, but compared to all other hotels, it was quite disappointing. Other than that, menu for room service/lunch was much better. Could have done with an extra duvet as the ones for double bed provided was very small"
