Ergon House Ermou was the perfect home base for our stay in Athens. We were in one of their larger rooms, and the whole hotel felt charming and calm while still being spotlessly clean. The design and branding are so thoughtfully curated, from the gorgeous paint colors and doors to the dishes, linens, and monogrammed napkins. The location was superb and the views AMAZING! The staff was outstanding at the front desk, the restaurant and in the Spa: Tommy was amazing! I will definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect, the hotel is new and lovely, But what truly makes a hotel exceptional is the people who make you feel genuinely welcome. Exceptional location, walkable to everything. Staff exceptionally helpful. ( Arranged transfer from cruise ship and then later, to airport at 4:30 am!). Neighborhood a bit noisy early in morning and at night but that's Athens! Very nice people and spotlessly clean.

Great location, nice big space, modern furnishings. Sometimes it took awhile to get a response to messages but the woman who was on site at times was super helpful when we ran into her. Our balcony door didn’t work properly so we were unable to sit at the cute table and chairs outside. But overall a great spot and would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic stay at AD Hotel! The room is spacious, and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly welcoming! The breakfast was wonderful, as well. And the location simply cannot be beat! It is steps to EVERYTHING....shopping, restaurants, major sites....and we would highly recommend this property!!!!

Wonderful experience at the Electra Metropolis Athens hotel. It was a 5 star experience. Oh and the breakfast was fantastic and the view was out of this world. Great hotel. I would stay again.

Hotel is lovely. Room was large and shower excellent. The staff is very helpful and courteous. It is located near the Acropolis and plenty of restaurants. We even received breakfast boxes because we had an early morning flight. I would highly recommend.

I've been to Greece many times and most lower priced hotels have extremely hard beds. I spent a little more to ensure I could sleep well when I arrived and I was not disappointed. I was able to see a few sites before settling into a great sleep and waking early to a great breakfast and on my way for the rest of my trip.

Pleasantly surprised. Nikolas was excellent. Check in and check out was easy. They let us store our luggage until the afternoon since our flight was at night. They even called a taxi for us. Area could be a little noisy at night. Would consider staying here again.

I was not given the upgrade as i had requested it, and all my other rooms that i had booked did have an upgrade... I also had to wait for my room, while the other rooms were given early checkin.... This is after i had already asked them ..

We cannot say enough good things about this property. The location was fabulous. You can easily walk to everything. The room was small but utilized the space very well. It has a minimalist/industrial vibe. And it had the best shower!!!! The restaurant was really good! Breakfast every morning was great with lots of choices. We had dinner one night there as well - very good! Most of all, the service here was outstanding! Kostas at the front desk was so helpful - from giving us great...
