"Worst experience ever. They put me on the side of the construction for 4 days. They didn’t even try to Accommodate and make the stay more comfortable. The noise was non stop from 7 am to past 5 pm. All day drilling and banging. "

"Beach was amazing except that one of the kids working on the beach told a couple that they couldn’t be there sitting in the lawn chairs but that talked him out of it because they “live there” in Miami. They changed the vibes of the environment and not in a good way. Other than that the hotel was beautiful, the staff attentive except don’t call for room service, they won’t come help you. Would stay there again. "

"The rooms are nice but there is a loud noise in the bathroom that I'm guessing is from the pipes. It's not when you are in there but possibly from the room above you. My room was directly across from the elevator. Extra noise because of the location. The property is very nice, staff was very helpful, and the amenities are on point. Breakfast every morning was fresh and in a clean environment. Perfect spot to watch the sunrise while enjoying breakfast. "

"Poolside was great, right on the beach. Work was being done in 2 areas, a little noisy. Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean, service was very good. I’d definitely go back. Location is very convenient. There is food on site so it makes things easier for a guest "

"Hidden fees everywhere! They take $500 right when you check in and apply fees to everything. Parking-both valet and self-service is very expensive. They add 20% tip onto the food bills in Miami, check before you tip. There were only 2 working elevators (this was stated on the site) but they took forever. It was an issue. rooms were a little dated, but the suite was very big and well equipped. Furniture was very uncomfortable, but the bed was good. The pool was very basic but close to the beach. Beach was great and they offered free chairs (umbrellas for $25).Food and beverages were pricey. Most staff was friendly except the front desk staff. Frankly, it was very okay, if it weren't for the large room suite and the beach I would have been disappointed, not sure it was worth the big dent in our wallets. Also, a lot more activities closer to South Beach and traffic was really tough."

"This was the most amazing stay in Miami FL, (sunny isles beach) I couldn’t ask for a better location, with more better parking and close to the beach and the bay. I loved it so much it’s going on my favorites list for when I come back. Might even check out the other MIA Rentals available in Miami. Awesome service and my cleanest stay in Miami via non hotel. Love love love! Comfortable, clean, and safe. "
