"I am writing to report a serious incident that occurred at Hotel Movich Buró 51 Barranquilla involving my companion. Yesterday, at approximately 10:15 a.m., my companion became trapped inside the elevator for about 30 minutes. When the doors closed, they did so forcefully while my companion was in the middle, nearly causing a serious back injury. During this time, the elevator was moving erratically, going up and down abruptly, which created a very dangerous and distressing situation. There was no immediate assistance provided, which further increased the severity of the incident. This situation represents a serious safety concern, and it is unacceptable for such an event to occur on your property. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and that you inform me of the corrective actions that will be taken to prevent this from happening again.
