"The property was nice and comfortable. There are about 100 stairs to reach it from ground level. Fortunately, you can request luggage service - DO THIS! Unfortunately, I spent 36 hours prior to my arrival attempting to reach the host for check-in instructions. Apparently, the host did not inform the manager that we were arriving. I was finally contacted the morning of check-in by Maddalena, who was very helpful. "
