"The room was nice and roomy and clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and everything was in working order. My only complaints was there was no A/C or fan so it was hotter inside than outside, when we opened the windows it cooled off a good bit though. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. We stayed here just passing through but I’d love to come back and stay in one of the bigger cabins and explore the lake someday soon!"

Check Expedia messages on the day of arrival for details, as it took us quite some time to find the right door in the dark when we arrived as we had no cell connection thru the day in Sequoia. "You can’t beat the location! Very short walking distance to eating options, local grocery and the local bar. 15 minute drive from Oakhurst for additional options. The unit itself was very clean and very spacious. The host met us at check in and gave some tips and local information. We wished there was silverware provided."

"We will not be returning. The front desk is only open for a few hours in the morning and before our stay started we called multiple times and never got an answer. Once we were turning in for the night we pulled the linens back to find a dead bug smeared into the sheets as well as random small stains scattered around. Once we called the after hours number someone came and told us “welcome to the country folks” and was very condescending. The room was also insanely dusty and an allergy nightmare....

"We had a great 3 day stay while visiting Yosemite National Park. Staff was helpful and nice. Only negative that is not really a big deal is the elevators and hallways see a lot of use and need more cleaning, the dining area after the breakfast was so messy so I think really some of the issue is the travelers not the staff. Nice to have laundry area $4/ machine very helpful for our hiking clothes. Black out curtains were nice. Close to the parks and restaurants and shopping. Would stay here...

"This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. First of all, they gave us a Queen room, though we booked a King room. Then, after entering the room, we found out that the toilet wouldn't flush. We immediately notified the front desk, but they did not fix it that night, saying they couldn't find anyone to fix it, and told us to use the lobby restroom in the meantime.
