"Check-in was straightforward, and the location of the hotel is good if arriving into Munich central station. The hotel is also a fair price for this, too. The bed was comfortable. The included breakfast is fine. That said, the room was in need of a slight refresh. It was also unfortunate that the safe in my room was locked when I arrived, so I was unable to use it (in fairness, I only reported this towards the end of my stay). "We reserved a family room with a kitchen. However, when we arrived, we were assigned two separate rooms, one with a kitchen. This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. There was a sponge to wash dishes, but there were no dish towels nor was there any dish detergent. We needed to go to the desk and ask for more tableware.
