"Helpful service desk. Fine rooms"

"Kind staff and delicious food."

"Considering the location and price of the room I was both surprised and impressed by the quality of the hotel. It appears to be family owned, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking space in the back. The home is extremely clean and peaceful. I loved staying here and plan to return some day!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is breathtaking. We loved the cave tour, I would highly recommend it. Unfortunately we only spent one night, so didn’t get to explore much. The breakfast was a simple continental breakfast, but that served our family well. Don’t hesitate to book this place, it was a highlight of our trip!"

"Nice setup, friendly staff, great beer"

"Beautiful quiet place for the weekend to concentrate on something or relax without much activity Cozy but tasty breakfast Kind staffs Nice trees and front yard made very peaceful stay"

"This is the most delightful country hotel. From the outdoor space to the incredible buffet breakfast and adorable rooms.. one member of our party left something behind and the owner of the hotel kindly called us to let us know so we could go back and pick it up. I would highly recommend this hotel for someone looking for a stay in a lovely village close to Bamberg with restaurants within walking distance"

"Loved the balcony. Also loved the access to laundry room. Easy access to train station as well as buses. Close to shopping areas."

"Business run by polite Family. Quite place, full of bavarian religious symbols and puppets. Thankfully not in the rooms itself."

"Typical Gasthaus in a small town with a nice old city centre. Good Price/Performance."

"Great value for the price, staff was very accommodating and helpful. "

"Very updated apartments in the beautiful town of Pottenstein. Our room had the best view of castle and parts of the town. Owner and family members were very helpful. Great breakfast. Would highly recommend."

"Nice staff and clean comfortable bed. My wife loved the decor. The issues I have are lack of onsite parking and if booking through Expedia, you don’t get points."

"We had a wonderful room: clean and spacious. The staff is great. Breakfast has to be one of the best...so much to choose from. We have stayed with this hotel a number of times in the past and have never been disappointed."

"Super clean and easy parking. Very spacious and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations for what i paid. My one complaint was that at breakfast, I couldn't find any cutlery besides spoons. I had nothing to spread my butter with. Also, no napkins. Big thanks to the staff for making our stay pleasant."

"Nice room, quiet neighbourhood, restaurants close by, good breakfast. Not that close.to city center but still nice walk. Very good service."

"Have stayed multiple times. Can't beat the location to the Festspielhaus, and downtown is a short walk. Small, but good staff and clean. Stays open late so can socialize with other attendees after performances. And AC that works. Right near transportation."

"Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Wohnung!! Sie ist wirklich schön und sauber "

"Super!"
